Common use of SOUND DEVICES Clause in Contracts

SOUND DEVICES. Tenant shall not place any radio or television antenna ------------- on the roof or on or in any part of the inside or outside of the Building other than the inside of the Premises, or operate or permit to be operated any musical or sound producing instrument or device inside or outside the Premises which may be heard outside the Premises, or operate any electrical device from which may emanate electrical waves which may interfere with or impair radio or television broadcasting or reception from or in the Building or elsewhere.
