Source Inspection. Nortel Networks may perform source inspections of means and processes at any Delivery Facility or subcontractor facility (if applicable) whenever Nortel Networks decides it is necessary. The source inspection shall be conducted during normal business hours and with reasonable prior written notice to Flextronics.
