Failure Analysis. VENDOR shall provide a failure analysis on Products that are returned for repair under warranty. On serialized Products, repair data shall be provided for each serialized unit returned. VENDOR shall provide general failure data on out of warranty returns.
Failure Analysis. Upon written request from Buyer, Seller will perform failure analysis of Products returned to Seller with a Seller-issued Return Material Authorization number. If such analysis shows the existence of material defects in breach of applicable Seller warranties, Seller will not be entitled to payment for the cost of Seller’s failure analysis concerning such defects for the specific Products which were subject to them. In the event that Buyer repeatedly requests that Seller perform failure analysis for Products which prove to have no material defect in breach of applicable Seller warranties, Seller reserves the right to condition further failure analysis activities upon satisfactory arrangements for payment to Seller for the reasonable costs involved.
Failure Analysis. At Cisco’s request, Supplier will adhere to the failure analysis procedure as set forth in Exhibit C and provide to Cisco a failure analysis report specifying the reason for failure of any Non-Conforming Product. [***].
Failure Analysis. TRANSACT shall provide a failure analysis on Products that are returned for repair under warranty. On request by BUYER, TRANSACT will provide failure analysis for serialized units returned for a specific failure mode or region.
Failure Analysis. Solectron is required to do failure analysis on all in-warranty units returned from Brocade's customers. At Brocade's request Solectron is required to perform the first level failure analysis (determine the failed component) within one working day after receiving the failed unit. The root-cause analysis (analysis of the defective component) must be done within ten working days after the receipt of the failed unit.
Failure Analysis. Within [*], SSI shall perform a formal failure analysis to root cause for all field related failures or where a Product falls outside of defined Reliability standards of the Specifications. SSI shall provide StorageTek the results of the analysis, SSI's corrective action, data regarding the effectiveness of the corrective action and disposition of Spare Parts affected by the corrective action. In addition, design failure mode effect analysis or process failure effect mode analysis, if deemed appropriate by SSI, will be conducted as part of the corrective action process. If in any [*] SSI fails to meet the minimum failure analysis "track to closure" performance minimum in the Scorecard, SSI's Vice President and General Manager for will meet with StorageTek's Vice President of Quality in Louisville, Colorado to establish appropriate corrective actions.
Failure Analysis. Brocade shall provide failure analysis in accordance with the provisions of sub-Section 6.3 of Attachment C.

Failure Analysis. Supplier will maintain failure analysis data on field returns, including information with respect to the replaced device, part number, manufacture, date code and reference designator. Supplier will test all field returns before any updating or repair work is performed to more accurately identify No Trouble Found (NTF) conditions. On hardware returned to a third party or supplier’s site for repair, Supplier will work with the third party or manufacturing to obtain the required failure analysis information within 15 business days after receipt of returned material. The data collection will include field replaceable units, backplanes, top level assembly, field return hardware and functional defects on delivered products. Supplier will report this information to Alcatel on a minimum of a monthly basis.
