Common use of Source Inspection Clause in Contracts

Source Inspection. Buyer shall have the right to inspect the Product(s) at Seller's facility prior to shipment. Buyer agrees to give Seller at least forty-eight (48) hours notice that it wishes to exercise this right. If Buyer does exercise this right, Seller agrees to provide all reasonable assistance with the inspection at no charge to Buyer. . Source inspection requirements are described in the Product Specification unless agreed otherwise in writing by the parties.
