A yearly review may be informed by data from the following sources: a) student evaluation of instruction, at the discretion of the employee. b) the employee’s self evaluation. c) the School Chair/Supervisor’s evaluation of the employee. d) the employee’s professional development goals and assigned duties for the upcoming year. A summary of the discussion from the yearly review will be prepared and sent to the employee. The summary may be placed on the employee’s file, at the employee’s request.
