South Canterbury District Health Board. The parties recognise that both the employer and employees have legitimate interests in the ownership of copyright and other intellectual property rights which may be developed by employees in the course of their employment. The parties further agree that their respective interests will be reflected by their respective contributions to the development of those rights. Accordingly they agree to share any material proceeds or other benefits arising from those rights to reflect and recognise their respective contributions.
