Common use of Space and Facilities Clause in Contracts

Space and Facilities. The fulfillment of the responsibilities of this contract requires that the teacher undertake certain tasks such as planning, grading, telephone conferences and, when the teacher deems it necessary, the undertaking of activities which promote professional growth. The teacher is expected to perform certain of these tasks off school premises. Section C: Nondelegable Board Power Paragraph 1: Any judgment or decision made hereunder which constitutes an exercise of a power not delegable by the Board shall be subject to review and modification by the Board. Grievances regarding this Article shall not be pre- sented to arbitration without the consent of the Superintendent or designee.
