Space booking contract. A stand space is booked by submitting a completed contract. The contract between the exhibitor and the Organiser takes effect once the Organiser has dispatched the stand confirmation. If the contents of the stand confirmations differ from the contents of the exhibitors registration, the contract shall be concluded on the basis of the stand confirmation, unless the exhibitor objects in writing within one week.

  • Continuing Contract 10.3.3.1 The second contract for a regular faculty member is the continuing contract for continuing employment.   • Construction Contract If federal funds are included as part of the financing of the non-OPWC portion of the Project, federal law may prevail, including, but not limited to, application of Xxxxx Xxxxx prevailing wage rates, the Xxxxxxxx “Anti-Kickback” Act, the Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act, and any federal environmental regulations. Recipient is solely responsible for ensuring compliance with federal requirements applicable to its Local Subdivision Contribution.
