Stand Space definition

Stand Space means the space licensed to the Exhibitor by the Organiser as allocated by the Organiser in its discretion (subject to alteration in accordance with these Terms).
Stand Space means the area of the Conference Venue allocated to the Exhibitor for staging its exhibition, including any boards or other facilities provided within the area.
Stand Space means any area in the Exhibition licensed to the Exhibitor in accordance with this Agreement; and Venue means the venue at which the Exhibition is held, as set out on the Booking Form.

  • This Agreement shall not constitute any form of lease or grant of exclusive rights of possession over any Stand Space.

Stand Space means the exhibition area, expressed in square meters, available to the Participant. Location is the physical location of the Event and is decided by the Organizer Promotional opportunities and services are the opportunities offered by the Organizer to the Exhibitor, expressed in money, to draw attention to the Exhibitor’s product, service or brand in ways other than through the Stand Space. Participation Fee are the payment(s) that the Participant owes to the Organizer according to the Participation Agreement, the use of Stand Space and other agreed services, and for the general organizational services that are offered and will be offered by the Organizer, as described in the Participation Agreement. Visitor is the person who, in one way or another, as a Visitor, Participant, Organizer, supplier or otherwise attends the Event. Physically or virtually. The Visitor must comply with the Admission Policy of the Organizer and of the operator of the Location. These policies are separately included in the general terms and conditions that apply to the Visitor. These Terms and Conditions apply to the concluded Participation Agreement. Other conditions, including those of the Participant, are explicitly rejected.
Stand Space means the trade stand space on Site allocated to the Exhibitor by the Show personnel.
Stand Space means a specific area hired by the Exhibitor for the Event as specified in the Booking Contract Form;
Stand Space means physical, digital or virtual space used by the Customer at and/or in connection with an Event.

  • Storage Space means a space where goods of non-hazardous nature are stored and includes cold storage and banking safe vaults;

A single licensed premises may consist of multiple rooms, enclosures, areas, or places if they are wholly within the confines of a single building or contiguous grounds.
