Stand Space definition

Stand Space means physical, digital or virtual space used by the
Stand Space means the space licensed to the Exhibitor by the Organiser as allocated by the Organiser in its discretion (subject to alteration in accordance with these Terms).
Stand Space means the area of the Conference Venue allocated to the Exhibitor for staging its exhibition, including any boards or other facilities provided within the area.

  • Stand Space or Space must not, fully or partly, be reassigned or subleted without the approval of SM or Organizer.

  • Therefore Customer may not sell or serve food or drinks either within a Stand Space or in any Spaces used for the Event or in other parts of the Facility.

  • The SM Customer may, free of charge, cancel a booking of Stand Space or Space within ten (10) days from the earlier of (i) date of dispatch of the first order confirmation, and (ii) invoice date of the first invoice.


More Definitions of Stand Space

Stand Space means any area in the Exhibition licensed to the Exhibitor in accordance with this Agreement; and Venue means the venue at which the Exhibition is held, as set out on the Booking Form.
Stand Space means the exhibition area, expressed in square meters, available to the Participant. Location is the physical location of the Event and is decided by the Organizer Promotional opportunities and services are the opportunities offered by the Organizer to the Exhibitor, expressed in money, to draw attention to the Exhibitor’s product, service or brand in ways other than through the Stand Space. Visitor is the person who, in one way or another, as a Visitor, Participant, Organizer, supplier or otherwise attends the Event. Physically or virtually. The Visitor must comply with the Admission Policy of the Organizer and of the operator of the Location. These policies are separately included in the general terms and conditions that apply to the Visitor.
Stand Space means a specific area hired by the Exhibitor for the Event as specified in the Booking Contract Form;

Related to Stand Space

  • Storage Space means a space where goods of non-hazardous nature are stored and includes cold storage and banking safe vaults;

  • Open space means undeveloped land, a naturally landscaped area, or a formal or man-made landscaped area that provides a connective link or a buffer between other resources.

  • Leased Premises means the Leased Premises as defined in Paragraph 1.

  • Space means the volume of gas which a user of a storage facility is entitled to use for the storage of gas;

  • Licensed premises means all areas associated with the operations of the licensee, including, but not limited to:

  • Customer Premises Equipment or "CPE" means equipment employed on the premises of a Person other than a Carrier to originate, route or terminate Telecommunications (e.g., a telephone, PBX, modem pool, etc.).

  • The Building means any building of which the Property forms part.
