Spare Parts. 19.1. The Contractor will ensure that for each product supplied, they are able to provide spare parts for a minimum period of 7 years, from the date the product is withdrawn from production, thus extending the useful life and minimising the environmental impact of the product. The spare parts used should have no detrimental effect on performance or warranty provision.
