SPECIAL ADMINISTRATIVE PROVISIONS. The PROVIDER agrees to administer the program in accordance with authorizing legislation, as amended, and the regulations and guidelines promulgated thereunder. The PROVIDER also agrees to comply with other applicable federal and state laws. In the event that these laws, regulations or policies are amended at any time during the term of this grant agreement, the PROVIDER shall comply with such amended laws, regulations or guidelines.

SPECIAL ADMINISTRATIVE PROVISIONS. A tenured faculty member can request an evaluation annually by submitting a written request to the immediate supervisor. The supervisor will approve such request if adequately justified.
