Special Area Allowance. In partial modification of Clause 29 of Bipartite Settlement dated 27th April 2010, in view of revision in ‘Pay Scale’, w.e.f. 1st November 2012, the Pay referred to under Columns (3) and (4) of Schedule VI of Bipartite Settlement dated 27.4.2010, shall be read as Rs.24,000/- instead of Rs.14,700/-, the rates, other details and conditions remaining unchanged.
