Special Audit Time. In the event that the Client has non-conformances (NCRs) requiring auditor verification, PRI may add time to an audit or conduct a Special Audit to verify NCR corrective actions, if deemed necessary. PRI will determine the appropriate NCR verification time and costs, and will communicate this information to the Client prior to the audit. The fee for Special Audit Time is based on the same day rate listed on the fees schedule identified in this Quotation/Agreement.

Special Audit Time. In the event that the Client has non-conformances (NCRs) requiring auditor verification, IAQG programs (AS9100, AS91010, AS9120) rules require certification bodies to allocate time to verify the effective implementation of NCR corrections and corrective actions, in addition to the normal allocated audit time. For ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, ISO 27701 and ISO 45001, PRI may add time to an audit or conduct a Special Audit to verify NCR corrective actions, if deemed necessary. PRI will determine the appropriate NCR verification time and costs, and will communicate this information to the Client prior to the audit. The fee for Special Audit Time is based on the same day rate listed on the fees schedule identified in this Quotation/Agreement.

  • Financial Audit The School shall submit audited financial statements from an independent auditor to the Authorizer no later than November 1 of each year.

  • Annual Financial Audit The School will annually obtain a financial audit, from a licensed Certified Public Accountant or Auditor, selected pursuant to section 218.391, Florida Statutes. The audit will be performed in accordance with Generally Accepted Auditing Standards; Governing Standards and the Rules of the Auditor General for the State of Florida. The School will provide a copy of its annual financial audit (including any School responses to audit findings) to the Sponsor no later than September 30. The Sponsor reserves the right to perform additional audits and investigations at its expense as part of the Sponsor's financial monitoring responsibilities as it deems necessary to ensure fiscal accountability and sound financial management.

  • Final Audit Report Contractor shall promptly submit to the State a copy of any final audit report of an audit performed on Contractor’s records that relates to or affects this Contract or the Work, whether the audit is conducted by Contractor or a third party.

  • Final Audit Pursuant to section 1002.33, Florida Statutes, upon notice of non- renewal, closure, or termination, an independent audit shall be completed within 30 days to account for all public funds and assets. During the fiscal year in which the termination or non-renewal occurs, the Sponsor may withhold from the School's FEFP funds, without penalty or interest, an amount necessary to cover the costs for a final financial audit of the School.   • Records and Financial Audit The Contractor shall maintain detailed time and expenditure records that indicate the date; time, nature and cost of services rendered during the Agreement’s term and effect and retain them for a period of three (3) years from the date of final payment under this Agreement. The records shall be subject to inspection by the Agency, the Department of Finance and Administration and the State Auditor.   • Annual Audit If Subrecipient expends Federal funds in a fiscal year which equal or exceed $750,000 (seven hundred fifty thousand dollars) as specified in OMB Circular A-133-Revised, 2 CFR Part 200.500- Subpart F-Audit Requirements Subrecipient shall cause an audit to be prepared by a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) who is a member in good standing with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) of the California Society of CPA’s. The audit must be performed annually in accordance with Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS) authorized by the AICPA and Federal laws and regulations governing the programs in which it participates. Furthermore, County retains the authority to require Subrecipient to submit similarly prepared audit at Subrecipient’s expense even in instances when Subrecipient’s expenditure is less than $750,000. Subrecipient will be required to identify corrective action taken in response to any findings identified by CPA related to their funded activity or program. Subrecipient will ensure an annual financial audit is performed in compliance with the Federal Single Audit Act and will submit two (2) copies of such audit report, including a copy of the management letter, to County within six (6) months of the end of each Contract year in which Subrecipient has received federal funding (i.e., July 1 – June 30). Failure to meet this requirement may result in County denying reimbursement of funds to Subrecipient, as well as future funding qualification. Subrecipients, which are exempt from statutory audit requirements, shall maintain records, which are available for review by County or Federal officials. Subrecipient acknowledges that any and all “Financial Statements” submitted to County pursuant to this County become Public Records and are subject to public inspection pursuant to Sec. 6250 et seq. of the California Government.

  • Annual Audits Each fiscal year, the School shall provide for an independent annual financial audit conducted in accordance with Generally Accepted Auditing Standards and Governmental Auditing Standards and performed by a certified public accountant (CPA); provided the Commission may establish an alternative reporting requirement in accordance with State law. The Commission shall provide the guidelines and/or scope of the audit or alternative report and may require minimum CPA qualifications or that the School select from a list of qualified CPAs as provided by the Commission. The School shall provide the completed audit or alternative report to the Commission by November 15 after the conclusion of the fiscal year; provided that the Commission, with reasonable notice to the School, may change the deadline depending on circumstances. The School shall pay for the audit or alternative report if an appropriation is not made by the Legislature for such purpose.

  • City Audits The CITY may perform an independent audit. Such audits may cover programmatic as well as fiscal matters. GRANTEE will be afforded an opportunity to respond to any audit findings, and have the responses included in the final audit report. Costs of such audits will be borne by the CITY.

  • INSPECTION CONTINGENCY The obligations of the Buyer as set forth in this Agreement are contingent upon Buyer’s inspection of the Property. The Buyer shall have the right to conduct an inspection of the Property within days of the Effective Date. The choice and appointment of the inspector shall be the sole discretion of the Buyer who shall also solely bear the costs of the same.
