Certification Bodies. The bodies appointed by MarinTrust to audit, assess and monitor compliance with the Improver Programme Mechanism and this Agreement; “End Date” The date of expiry of the MarinTrust IP Acceptance Document; ‘Fees’ the fees payable by the User to MarinTrust as set out in Schedule 3 and as may be amended by MarinTrust from time to time; ‘Improver Programme” The MarinTrust Improver Programme under which Users can formally demonstrate improvements in their fisheries; business;

• Such Program and Budget, which includes a Modification, shall be submitted for review and approval by the Board of Managers within ninety (90) days following receipt by the Chief Executive Officer of such Feasibility Study.

• Parties will accept the test reports and certifications, which have been issued by the Testing Laboratories and Certification Bodies respectively of the other Parties, listed in accordance with provisions of this Sectoral MRA.

• Parties may engage the services of Testing Laboratories and/or Certification Bodies of other Parties to undertake the requisite conformity assessment activities, should they not have their own facilities to do so.

• TRNA, the TRNA Affiliates, or their representatives, or the relevant Certification Bodies shall be granted free access to such Customer facilities that engage in the manufacturing, distribution or servicing of the products receiving certification, as well as to all relevant production processes, and Customer expressly agrees such free access is required to establish Customer is in compliance with the applicable standards.

• The Designating Bodies will ensure that Testing Laboratories and/or Certification Bodies identified by them will be available for verification of their technical competence and compliance with applicable requirements when required by the Joint Sectoral Committee.

Certification Bodies means an Organisation accredited by UKAS to ISO/IEC 17065 for the delivery of certification services in accordance with PAS:2030; Commencement Date means the commencement date set out in Section A, Data Sharing Information (if any);
