Special Conference Cases. Notwithstanding the specific years-of-service or semesters-of-service requirements for an evaluation for renewal, there may be Employees who do not meet those requirements but could be eligible for such an evaluation due to the pattern of their employment with the University. The parties will meet in Special Conference to determine such Employees’ eligibility for a major review and presumption of renewal.
