Common use of Special Consideration Leave Clause in Contracts

Special Consideration Leave. An administrator may request an unpaid leave of absence for one (1) school year. The reason for the request shall be at the discretion of the administrator. Such request for an unpaid leave shall be submitted in writing to the Superintendent by April 1 of the school year preceding the requested leave school year, except in an emergency as approved by the Board. The request shall be approved at the sole discretion of the Board.
