Special Education Extended Days. K-12 special education teachers will be provided four (4) extended days per FTE in their employment contract. Two (2) of these days are scheduled in August prior to the LEAP days and two (2) are scheduled at the discretion of the special education teacher. Preschool special education teachers will receive four (4) extended days per FTE in their employment contract to be used at the discretion of the teacher.
