Common use of Special Effects Clause in Contracts

Special Effects. All special effects equipment, stages, & special entertainment used by the User must be submitted in writing and be pre-approved before set up or use. Facility use in this category will require a Certificate of Insurance naming the District as “Additional Insured.” District may terminate this Agreement immediately and require User to vacate the premises immediately if unauthorized items are present. No refunds will be made for lost time during use and Deposit will not be returned.
