Common use of Special Functions/Catering Clause in Contracts

Special Functions/Catering. Company shall provide Food Service for special occasions, including Client's conferences, dinners, meetings, parties and other functions, as well as catering services to employees, guests and outside groups in connection with this Agreement. Fees for these services shall be governed by the menu, manner and time of service, and shall be established by mutual agreement of Company and Client or the party sponsoring the Special Function.
