Special Grants Fund Committee/Licensed. There shall be a Special Grants Fund Committee consisting of five (5) members appointed by UVEA and one (1) member appointed by the Administration. It is recommended that the representation include members from Licensed and ESP staff. This committee will establish procedures and guidelines for screening and granting requests.
