Special Interface Equipment. Unless otherwise agreed, any special interface equipment or facilities necessary to achieve compatibility between the Service and the interconnected facilities or services of another carrier will be provided at Customer expense. The Company may undertake to acquire the necessary special equipment or facilities as the agent for Customer.
