Special Pay Special payment, including standby, overtime, premium, and other special payments, shall be calculated in accordance with the applicable provisions of this Agreement.
Pay Dates Pay dates shall be on the fifteenth (15th) and the last day of each month.
Payment Dates Interest accrued on each Loan shall be payable, without duplication:
Special Payments Any payroll adjustment due an employee in the bargaining unit as a result of working out of class, re-computation of hours, or other reasons other than procedural errors shall be made and a supplemental check issued not later than fifteen (15) working days following notice to the payroll department.
Special Payment If (1) you submit a Claim Notice in accordance with Paragraph B above on your own behalf (and not on behalf of any other party); (2) we refuse to provide you with the relief you request; and (3) an arbitrator subsequently determines that you were entitled to such relief (or greater relief), the arbitrator shall award you at least $5,100 (plus any fees and costs to which you are entitled).
Increment Dates 1. The increment date shall be the first of the month following the month in which applicable experience accumulation is achieved.
Funding Increases Before the Funder can make an allocation of additional funds to the HSP, the parties will:
FUNDING INCREASE 1. The Commonwealth shall notify the Grantee in writing of any funding increases under this Agreement.
Due Dates If the payment due date falls on a Sunday or on a holiday that is observed on a Monday, the payment due date shall be the first non-holiday day following such Sunday or holiday. If the payment due date falls on a Saturday or on a holiday which is observed on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday, the payment due date shall be the last non-holiday day preceding such Saturday or holiday. If payment is not received by the payment due date, a late payment charge, as set forth in Section 1.4.1.2, below, shall apply.
Rate Increases In the event that this Agreement is renewed pursuant to Section 3.1.2, the rate set forth in Exhibit “C” may be adjusted each year at the time of renewal as set forth in Exhibit “C.”
