UNPAID VACATION. An employee who is not eligible to accumulate paid vacation for use when school is in session shall receive, upon request in accordance with vacation procedures, up to five (5) days of unpaid vacation during the employment year. It is not accumulative. (See also Article XIV, Section I.) The unpaid vacation will be prorated and deducted over one pay if one day's vacation is used; over two pays if two or three days are used; over three pays if four or five days are used.
UNPAID VACATION. A. An employee, at the discretion of the Board, may be granted unpaid vacation according to the following schedule upon proper notification to the Food Service Supervisor: 0 - 3 years = 2 days 4 - 6 years = 4 days 7 - 10 years = 10 days
B. No more than one employee may be on vacation on the same day or days. Request for any unpaid vacation days will be honored on a first come first served basis. Where two or more employees request the same day or days at the same time, seniority will prevail.
UNPAID VACATION. 12.1 A two week unpaid vacation will be, as far as practical, granted at the time most desired by the employee. Employees with five years or longer service by December 31st are entitled to a three week unpaid vacation in the following year. Vacation pay entitlement for the following year will be established based on each employee's service at December 31st as follows: Basic entitlement - 4% of wages After 3 years - 6% of wages After 10 years - 8% of wages After 16 years - 10% of wages After 25 years - 11.5% of wages

UNPAID VACATION. A deduction of 4.6 per cent of the monthly salary is made from the employee’s current monthly salary for each unpaid vacation day taken. For the definition of the term “monthly salary”, see Item 4:1.
UNPAID VACATION. An employee may request unpaid vacation from his/her building principal. Such a request may be granted at the sole discretion of the individual building principal.
UNPAID VACATION. Under extraordinary circumstances and at the discretion of the Director with Board approval, an employee may be granted unpaid vacation time. Such time may not exceed one-half (1/2) of the earned vacation time in such year. The employee’s written application therefore must detail the need for such time.
UNPAID VACATION. Days shall be listed in each letter of employment for those positions to which this article applies. The number of unpaid. vacation days will be the difference between 250 available work days minus total number of work days specified in each letter of employment. Unpaid vacation shall not increase nor decrease the number of work days for the employee.
UNPAID VACATION. Employees are eligible to take additional unpaid vacation with the approval of their direct supervisor and the Organizing Director.
UNPAID VACATION.
