The Special Pay Premiums clause establishes additional compensation rates for employees who perform specific duties or work under certain conditions beyond their standard responsibilities. For example, this clause may apply to employees working overtime, on holidays, or in hazardous environments, entitling them to extra pay above their base salary. Special Pay Premiums. An appointee to Class 2333 Supervising Physician Specialist shall be appointed at Step 3 in the salary grade when he/she possesses Specialist Board Certification from a Board which is certified by the American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS) or the California Medical Board in an appropriate specialty related to the particular assignment.   • Special Payments Any payroll adjustment due an employee in the bargaining unit as a result of working out of class, re-computation of hours, or other reasons other than procedural errors shall be made and a supplemental check issued not later than fifteen (15) working days following notice to the payroll department.

  • Premiums The premiums for insurance policies required pursuant to this Article must be paid as a common expense by the Owners' Association.

  • Holiday Premium Pay A Nurse working on a recognized Holiday is entitled to the following compensation for any hours worked on the calendar date of the recognized Holiday: A. A Full-Time or Part-Time Nurse who is regularly scheduled to work on a recognized Holiday shall be paid at the rate of one and one-half times (1.5 x) the Nurse’s regular rate of pay; or B.
