Special Promotion Terms. If you have subscribed to the Services via special campaigns or promotions, the special terms and conditions of the respective campaigns or promotions (“Campaign Terms & Conditions”) shall prevail in the event of conflict between the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Campaign Terms & Conditions, unless expressly provided in the Campaign Terms & Conditions.

  • Special Promotions (a) We may offer Special Promotions to you, on particular terms.

  • Special Products PURCHASER shall not sell special products from the timber sale area, or allow firewood, shake, or post cutting, or any other special product manufacturing on the timber sale area without prior written approval of STATE. Special products are any products not in log form manufactured from material having a price, or listed as “No Charge,” under the contract. ACCESS AND ROAD MAINTENANCE

  • Promotional Criteria Subject to the utilisation of the skills, as required by the Employer, an employee remains at this level until he/she has developed the skills to allow the employee to effectively perform the tasks required of this function and is assessed to be competent to perform effectively at a higher level or has successfully completed appropriate training to ASF level 1 and has the demonstrated skills to perform at a higher level.   • Annual Negotiations Negotiations will be conducted each year according to the ground rules as mutually agreed upon prior to negotiations. Ground Rules (see APPENDIX F - GROUND RULES) used at the previous year's sessions will serve as the basis for discussing any changes before adopting ground rules for the current negotiating sessions. Such ground rules mutually agreed upon shall assist in the orderly process for negotiations.

  • Special Programs In consideration of the sale of the Eligible Loans under these Master Sale Terms and each Sale Agreement, Purchaser agrees to cause the Servicer to offer borrowers of Trust Student Loans all special programs whether or not in existence as of the date of any Sale Agreement generally offered to the obligors of comparable loans owned by Xxxxxx Mae subject to the terms and conditions of Section 3.12 of the Servicing Agreement.

  • Sales Promotions In addition to decreasing prices for the balance of the Contract term due to a change in market conditions, the Contractor may conduct sales promotions involving price reductions for a specified lesser period. The Contractor must submit documentation identifying the proposed: (1) starting and ending dates of the promotion, (2) commodities or contractual services involved, and (3) promotional prices compared to then-authorized prices.

  • Marketing Rights Neither the Company nor any of its Subsidiaries have granted rights to license, market, or sell its products or services to any other Person and is not bound by any agreement that affects the Company’s (or any Subsidiary’s) exclusive right to develop, distribute, market or sell its products or services.

  • Investment Promotion 1. Each Contracting Party shall promote investments in its territory by investors of the other Contracting Party and admit such investments in accordance with its legislation.

  • EFFECTIVE DATE OF PROMOTION Whenever an employee is promoted, the effective date of his promotion shall always be the first (1st) Sunday of the first complete pay period following promotion.
