The Servicer shall manage the Property according to the terms of the Mortgage (during the foreclosure process) and shall manage and dispose of the Property in accordance with the Guides (both during the foreclosure process, or the acceptance of a deed in lieu of foreclosure or other remedy, and after title to the Property has been acquired on behalf of the Bank).
