Special Street Sweeping Services. 7 CITY and CONTRACTOR acknowledge that Residential Street Sweeping Service 8 may be more difficult in certain areas because of the parking patterns of residents and 9 visitors. In those areas, the CONTRACTOR will provide either Enhanced Street 10 Sweeping (“ESS”) service or Tow Enforced Street Sweeping (“TESS”) service as 11 described in Sections 7.03.1 and 7.03.2 below. The CONTRACTOR shall perform a 12 maximum of four (4) ESS or TESS Service sweeps per month as identified by the CITY.

  • Special Services Should the Trust have occasion to request the Adviser to perform services not herein contemplated or to request the Adviser to arrange for the services of others, the Adviser will act for the Trust on behalf of the Fund upon request to the best of its ability, with compensation for the Adviser's services to be agreed upon with respect to each such occasion as it arises.

  • Janitorial Services Tenant will not employ any person for the purpose of cleaning the Premises or permit any person to enter the Building for such purpose other than Landlord's janitorial service, except with Landlord's prior written consent. Tenant will not necessitate, and will be liable for the cost of, any undue amount of janitorial labor by reason of Tenant's carelessness in or indifference to the preservation of good order and cleanliness in the Premises.
