Specialized Recovery Services. Effective August 1, 2016, ODM provides specialized recovery services (SRS) to individuals who are 21 years of age or older, under 150% FPL and meet specific Severe and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI) criteria. The new services under SRS include recovery management, individualized placement and support - supported employment and, peer recovery support. The only population groups to be affected are the Community Well populations, because a Medicaid enrollee cannot be covered under a 1915(c) HCBS Waiver and receive 1915(i) services.
