Specialized Training and Knowledge. During my employment the Company will provide me with specialized training and knowledge regarding the Company’s Proprietary Information as well as regarding the Company’s specific operations, products and services. I recognize the value of this training and knowledge and agree that it is a material benefit to me. I acknowledge and agree that I have not previously received this training and knowledge from the Company, and that I would not receive this training and knowledge from the Company but for my signing of this Agreement.
