Specific Coverage. Subject to the exclusions set forth herein, Summit Homes warrants as follows:
3.1. During the Warranty Period, Seller warrants that the following items, related to new construction only, will be free from defects in materials or workmanship: doors, windows, plumbing fixtures and cabinet work, unless the manufacturer provides a warranty, in which case the manufacturer’s warranty will prevail.
3.2. For a period of sixty (60) days following the issuance of a final certificate of occupancy, Seller will make or cause to be made minor adjustments to cabinets, doors, windows, and reset loose ceramic tiles.
3.3. During the Warranty Period, Seller warrants that the plumbing, heating, and electrical systems, related to new construction only, will be free of defective materials or workmanship which affect the proper functioning of the systems. During the warranty period, Purchaser is responsible for undertaking proper maintenance of such systems, such as changing filters or washers and glycol refresh. Seller shall not be liable for any failure of these systems which is attributable to Purchaser failing to provide proper maintenance.
Specific Coverage. The specific coverage’s are defined in the actual Policies provided by the Health Care Companies, and these coverages will be available to employees when they enroll in a specific plan or change plans on an open enrollment date. The company agrees to provide “same sex partner” benefits and has the right to promulgate reasonable rules regarding such benefits.

Specific Coverage. Effective January 1, 2009, the emergency room copay will increase from $25 in Plan 1 and $75 in Plan 2 to $100 in both plans. Effective January 1, 2009, the urgent care copays will increase from $10 in Plan 1 and $35 in Plan 2 to $25 in Plan 1 and $40 in Plan 2.

The Corporation acknowledges that, due to such position and Indemnitee's background, Indemnitee renders legal opinion letters from time to time. As such, Indemnitee signs securities filings of the Corporation as its principal financial officer and principal accounting officer. In addition, Indemnitee has been appointed as alternate Securities Coordinator with respect to the Corporation's Policy Statement on Securities Trades by Company Personnel. Commercial General Liability Company shall maintain Commercial General Liability insurance on an occurrence basis with a minimum € [**] per occurrence limit for bodily injury, property damage, personal and advertising injury, € [**] aggregate limit for products/completed operations and a € [**]general aggregate limit. This Commercial General Liability insurance to include coverage for the hazards of the tort liability of another assumed in a business contract, Independent Contractors Cangene shall maintain Commercial General Liability Insurance, with policy limits of not less than [**] Dollars (CDN $[**]) for each occurrence and in the aggregate per annum for bodily injury, property damage, product and completed operations liability. Company will be responsible for any deductibles or self-insured retentions associated with such policy. Specific Coverage. This warranty specifically covers infestations of Eastern Subterranean Termites (Reticulitermes) and Formosan (Coptotermes Formosanus) originating from the soil. This warranty expressly does not cover including but not limited to Drywood Termites, Powderpost Beetles, Wood Decay Fungi.
Specific Coverage. Insurance to be carried by the vendor shall, as a minimum, include:
a) Commercial general liability insurance with a minimum combined single limit for bodily injury and property damage of $1,000,000 and $2,000,000 aggregate to include completed operations coverage. The DISTRICT must be named additional insured on this insurance. The vendor shall also require that all subcontractors carry this same insurance with the same limits.
b) Automobile liability insurance, including but not limited to, coverage for owned, non- owned, and hired vehicles with limits of not less than $500,000 per occurrence. The vendor shall also require that all subcontractors carry this same insurance with the same limits.
c) Workers’ Compensation Insurance providing statutory benefits, in each case as required by law. The vendor shall also require that all subcontractors carry this same insurance with the same limit.
d) Other insurance appropriate to the work, e.g.: Diving, Aircraft, Umbrella, Professional, Environmental Impairment.
