Specific Imposts. (a) If the Details specifies any Specific Imposts, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ must pay to APA a proportion, as reasonably determined and apportioned to Shipper by APA from time to time, of the costs of the Specific Imposts incurred by APA or a Related Body Corporate of APA for each Month in the Term. (b) Without limiting paragraph (a), the Parties acknowledge that APA may recover in full from Users the costs of Specific Imposts and agree that an apportionment by APA of Specific Imposts between Users (including Shipper) based on MDQ or throughput of Gas for the relevant period is reasonable.
