Levies definition

Levies means an amount in respect of Body Corporate levies, an estimate of which described in clause 6;
Levies means the Levies payable by the Purchaser to the Body Corporate, in respect of the Property, including any special levy that might be imposed by the Body Corporate;
Levies means the levies payable to the Home Owner’s Association by each member thereof;

Examples of Levies in a sentence

  • Where the Company is responsible for payment of Levies, the amount will be deducted from amounts payable to the Grower under clause 16.

  • Parents/guardians/carers are responsible for the payment of all fees, levies and charges associated with the student’s enrolment and attendance at the school, as contained in the school’s Fees, Levies and Charges Schedule provided to parents/guardians/carers from time to time.

Levies. ’ means the levies contemplated in section 59;
