Levies definition

Levies means an amount in respect of Body Corporate levies, an estimate of which described in clause 6;
Levies means the Levies payable by the Purchaser to the Body Corporate, in respect of the Property, including any special levy that might be imposed by the Body Corporate;
Levies means the levies payable to the Home Owner’s Association by each member thereof;

Levies. ’ means the levies contemplated in section 59;
