Specific Purposes of Information. Sharing under this ISA There are five defined work streams within the BCF, however this agreement will be focusing on the data sharing required for the primarily for services being designed and implemented through the Adult Community Care Workstream although the data being shared and aspects of the services will have interdependencies and cross overs with work in other workstreams excluding CAMHS as all the data to be shared under this Agreement will be for Adults. Each organisation will be Data Controllers in Common for the purpose of sharing to support the care pathway that each agency will be involved in the delivery for. For each of the categories below, further information of information to be shared can be found in Section 6
