Common use of Spending objectives Clause in Contracts

Spending objectives. ▪ Sustainable employability: the employee uses this part of his or her budget for matters that contribute to the employee being able to continue working in a healthy and motivated manner. These include, for example: - investments in response to a Sustainable Employability Analysis (Duurzame Inzetbaarheidsanalyse, DIA; see clause 6.4.2); - training and education (or continuing training and education); and - purchasing additional days of leave. ▪ Days: this component consists of the wages or salary over five days of contractual annual leave, three compensation days for short periods of absence as described in clause 3.6.4, and a number of scheduled paid days off: 10 for construction site employees and 5 for uta employees. With this money, the employee can maintain his or her income when he or she takes these days off. ▪ Holiday pay.
