Split Payouts. If you provide Provider Services jointly with one or more other Providers as part of a team, (“Provider Team”), Fresh Homemade Tortillas may make available to such Providers the option to allocate between the members of the Provider Team the total Provider Payout for an order. Fresh Homemade Tortillas Payments will execute such payments at the instruction of one or more members of the Provider Team and is not responsible for any losses related to errors or omissions made by the Providers in providing such payment instructions.

Split Payouts. If you provide Host Services jointly with one or more other Hosts as part of a team, business or other organization (“Host Team”), Karta may make available to such Hosts the option to allocate between the members of the Host Team the total Host Payout for a booking. Karta Payments will execute such payments at the instruction of one or more members of the Host Team and is not responsible for any losses related to errors or omissions made by the Hosts in providing such payment instructions.

  • Merit Pay It is the parties’ intent to not simultaneously provide employees with both: a) the wage premiums referenced in Subsection A of this Agreement, and b) an above-top-step merit premium program. Therefore, existing bargaining units with employees which have eligibility for above-top-step merit pay as provided under KCC 3.15.020(C)(3) and as administered under the King County Performance Appraisal and Merit Pay System under their appendix, that have elected as a group to be covered by the Merit Pay System, are not eligible for longevity-merit pay under Subsection A of this Agreement; however, such bargaining units have elected to forgo above-top-step merit for their members who are part of the Coalition in order for those members to be eligible for the longevity-merit pay under Subsection A of this Agreement. This provision would give employees who are covered by these administrative support coalition negotiations the option of: a) continuing to receive above-top-step merit pay they have access to under their respective bargaining unit’s existing collective bargaining agreement, or b) receiving the wage premium under Subsection A of this Agreement.

  • Benefit Payments Benefit Payments, as referred to in this Agreement, means the sum of (i) Claims, as described in Xxxxxxxxx 0 xxxxx, (xx) Cash Surrender Values, as described in Paragraph 3 below, and (iii) Annuity Payments, as described in Paragraph 7 below.

  • Post-Retirement Benefits The present value of the expected cost of post-retirement medical and insurance benefits payable by the Borrower and its Subsidiaries to its employees and former employees, as estimated by the Borrower in accordance with procedures and assumptions deemed reasonable by the Required Lenders is zero.

Payment for said annuities shall be at the option of the employee and deducted from the monthly salary as authorized by the individual employee.

  • Employee Contributions (a) Each participant shall be allowed to contribute on a bi-weekly basis up to an amount equal to eighty percent (80%) of the Participant’s wage. Such bi-weekly wage deductions shall be in increments of one percent (1%) and shall be contributed to the Participant’s account. The participant may contribute on a pre-tax, after-tax, Xxxx basis or any combination.

  • Deferrals If permitted by the Company, the Participant may elect, subject to the terms and conditions of the Plan and any other applicable written plan or procedure adopted by the Company from time to time for purposes of such election, to defer the distribution of all or any portion of the shares of Common Stock that would otherwise be distributed to the Participant hereunder (the “Deferred Shares”), consistent with the requirements of Section 409A of the Code. Upon the vesting of RSUs that have been so deferred, the applicable number of Deferred Shares shall be credited to a bookkeeping account established on the Participant’s behalf (the “Account”). Subject to Section 5 hereof, the number of shares of Common Stock equal to the number of Deferred Shares credited to the Participant’s Account shall be distributed to the Participant in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Plan and the other applicable written plans or procedures of the Company, consistent with the requirements of Section 409A of the Code.

  • ' COMPENSATION BENEFITS In accordance with Section 142 of the State Finance Law, this contract shall be void and of no force and effect unless the Contractor shall provide and maintain coverage during the life of this contract for the benefit of such employees as are required to be covered by the provisions of the Workers' Compensation Law.
