Host Services means the provision by the Host of all support services (save for the day to day administration undertaken by Staff in accordance with their duties) required by the School Improvement Service including but not limited to Financial (Accounts, Payroll, Creditors, Debtors, Insurance) Human Resources, Health and Safety, Legal, ICT, Estates, PR/Marketing, Information Management, Internal Audit and Procurement the costs of which shall be charged to the CSC Joint Education Committee through Service Level Agreements.

Host Services means fileservers, printers, applications etc. attached to the Customer’s Network. “LAN Connect Cloud Controller” has the meaning given in clause 3.2.1.

Examples of Host Services in a sentence

• The Collaborating Practices shall provide the Host Practice with such information as may reasonably be required to permit the Host Practice to ensure that the Host Services are provided by appropriately skilled, qualified, experienced and trained personnel and shall be fully responsible and liable for the acts and omissions of such personnel arising out of this Agreement.

• You are responsible and liable for your own acts and omissions and are also responsible for the acts and omissions of anyone you allow to participate in providing your Host Services.

• The Host Practice will carry out the Host Services as described in this Schedule 2 exercising reasonable skill and care in accordance with this Agreement, the ES and the Seasonal Influenza ES or otherwise to the reasonable satisfaction of the Collaborating Practices.

• In some places, the Host Services you want to offer may be prohibited altogether.

More Definitions of Host Services

Host Services. That collection of services specified to be provided by the entity acting as host of RE/MAX Mainstreet, including without limitation, services such as security, help desk, billing, Email and other specified ancillary services commonly or customarily performed by a site host.
