Common use of Sponsorship Benefits Clause in Contracts

Sponsorship Benefits. In consideration for Takeda providing the Sponsorship Contribution to the Organisation, the Organisation confers on, and shall provide to, Takeda the sponsorship rights and benefits set out in Exhibit B (the “Sponsorship Benefits”).
