Attendee List. The Hirer MUST keep a record of the date and time the activity started and the name and contact telephone number or email of all those who attend your event (or a member of any group of up to 6 people or 2 households who attend together). This can be done either by operating an advance booking system which collects these details, or by asking everyone who attends to use the NHS QR poster at the hall entrance to register their attendance and by keeping a record of any who do not register using their smartphone app and the hall’s NHS QR poster or the Hirer’s NHS QR poster. SC10: Disposal of rubbish The Hirer will be responsible for the disposal of all rubbish created during your hire, including tissues and cleaning cloths, in the rubbish bins provided by the main entrance before you leave the hall. All other rubbish should be taken away with you when you leave the hall. SC11: Food and drink Users are encouraged to bring their own drinks and food. If food or drink is being served (as distinct to being made on a DIY basis) it must be served only at tables or as a takeaway service. Provision of food or drink MUST cease before 10pm (i.e. be cleared away by then). If food and drink is served at tables the Hirer MUST ensure there is no mingling between groups at different tables, which must be seated in accordance with SC6. The Charity is required to close the hall if there are safety concerns relating to COVID-19, for example, if someone who has attended the hall develops symptoms and thorough cleansing is required or if it is reported that the Special Hiring Conditions above are not being complied with, whether by you or by other hirers, or in the event that public buildings are asked or required to close again. If this is necessary, we will do our best to inform the Hirer promptly and the Hirer will not be charged for this hire. SC13: COVID-19 symptoms whilst using the Hall In the event of someone becoming unwell with suspected COVID-19 symptoms while at the hall the Hirer MUST:

Attendee List. Any list of attendees provided to the Sponsor shall be kept strictly confidential by the Sponsor and retained securely and not distributed by it to other parties.
Attendee List. Access to the TMF attendee list and its data is a benefit to Sponsors and Exhibitors and not shared by UNOS to third parties for any other reason. Exhibitor fees will be $2,700 for a single booth and $5,400 for a double booth from June 8, 2023 until December 30, 2022. On December 31, 2022, exhibitor fees will increase to $3,000 for a single booth and $6,000 for a double booth until enrollment and booth selection closes on March 3, 2023. UNOS cannot guarantee that a single booth or double booth will be included in an Exhibitor or Sponsor’s benefits package if their enrollment was received after all booths sell, or after December 2022, whichever comes first. If an Exhibitor or Sponsor who wishes to exhibit does not receive a booth due to unavailability, UNOS will contact them if a booth becomes available based on their date of enrollment. Payment Schedule – Full payment for all Sponsorship and Exhibitor commitments will be due by Friday, March 31, 2023. If full payment is not received by Friday, March 31, 2023, UNOS reserves the right to not publish your company name and logo on all conference publications until payment is received. Registration for Onsite Representatives – ALL Sponsor/Exhibitor representatives must register for the conference using the online TMF attendee registration site, which opens in January 2023. The registration link can be found on the UNOS website. Onsite booth representatives that have not registered prior to the conference must register onsite upon arrival at the conference.
