Sponsorship Rights and Benefits. As an official sponsor, will receive a generous package of signage, print, electronic and other benefits which are outlined in Exhibit A attached hereto.
Sponsorship Rights and Benefits x. Xxxxx of Sponsorship Rights to Signing Party (hereafter referred to as SPONSOR)
(a) The term ‘sponsor’ includes any person, firm, company or corporation and its employees and agents identified on the application form or other written request for exhibition space.
(b) XXXX grants to SPONSOR sponsorship right in the “2022 XXXX Conference” sponsorship category.
Sponsorship Rights and Benefits. Artist hereby agrees that Company shall own the exclusive sponsorship rights in the category of “ Products” (including but not limited to ) for the Tour during the Term and that “ ” shall be the “official ” for the Tour during the Term. In addition, Artist agrees that Company and (“ ”) shall be entitled to the following sponsorship benefits during the Term hereof:

b) Artist shall provide to Company at each concert date of the Tour (each date shall hereinafter be referred to as a “Show”) a designated artist autograph signing area for fans no smaller than 10’ x 20’ and shall participate in a thirty minute signing/autograph/photo session at each Show at times designated by Company in Company’s sole discretion. The signing schedule shall be created by Company and approved by .
c) Company shall have the exclusive right to embody and exploit Artist’s name, likeness, and/or logo in connection with the official Tour T-Shirt and other official Tour merchandise (“Tour Merch”). In connection with the foregoing, Company shall pay Artist ( %) Percent of Company’s Net Receipts (as hereinafter defined) actually received by Company in connection with Tour Merch. “Net Receipts” shall be defined as all monies earned and actually received by Company solely in connection with sales of Tour Merch net of any distribution fees or other sums retained by or payable to any third party distributors or licenses, and less any and all expenses paid or incurred by on behalf of Company in connection with Tour Merch.
Sponsorship Rights and Benefits. Sponsor will receive the following benefits during the Term of this Agreement beginning on , and terminating on stated otherwise in this Paragraph 1:
(a) Company Recognition with promotional materials and announcements, unless
(b) Company Table with representatives to share about internships/employment.
(c) Half page company sponsorship acknowledgement in program booklet.
Sponsorship Rights and Benefits. Sponsor will receive the package of sponsorship benefits described in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein.
Sponsorship Rights and Benefits a. The Organizer shall provide the Sponsor with the agreed-upon benefits as outlined in Section 1.b of this Agreement.
b. The Organizer shall acknowledge the Sponsor's support during the event through verbal announcements, signage, and other suitable means.
c. The Organizer shall provide the Sponsor with designated space for promotional materials or booth/exhibition space at the event, if applicable.
d. The Organizer shall include the Sponsor's logo and name in event-related promotional materials, including event programs, website, and social media.
