Sporadic PADs. If any PADs are Sporadic or may be issued with Sporadic frequency, proper Authorization will be obtained from the Payor for each and every such PAD, in accordance with CPA Rule H1.
Sporadic PADs. The ten (10) day notice period does not apply as they will be issued in response to my/our direct action (such as, but not limited to, a telephone instruction) for amounts authorized; and
