SPOUSE’S CONSENT. The spouse of the Pledgor executes this Agreement expressly granting her consent, as required by Section 1277 of the Argentine Civil Code, to the pledge of the Pledged Stock, to all other share transfers that may occur as a result of the foreclosure of the Pledge.
SPOUSE’S CONSENT. The Spouse of the Borrower named in the Registered Mortgage Form, by signing the Registered Mortgage Form, consents to the transaction evidenced by the Charge and releases all claim or interest that such Spouse has or may have in the Lands to the extent necessary to give effect to the rights of the Bank under the Charge, and agrees that the Bank may, without further notice, deal with the Lands and the charge created by the Charge as the Bank may see fit.
SPOUSE’S CONSENT. I acknowledge that I have read the foregoing Restricted Stock Agreement and understand the contents thereof.
SPOUSE’S CONSENT. Sellers’ spouses execute these presents as evidence of their consent to and agreement with the purchase and sale of the Shares, as required by the provisions of Section 1277 of the Civil Code.
SPOUSE’S CONSENT. For purposes of the consent required by section 1277 of the Argentine Civil Code, this agreement is also executed by Xxx. Xxxxx Xxxx Carrubba, Libreta Civica N(o) 3.981.886, spouse of Xx. Xxxx Xxxxxxxxxx, and by Xxx. Xxxxx Xxxxxxx Ubellart, Libreta Civica N(o) 4.231.272, spouse of Xx. Xxxxxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxxx.
SPOUSE’S CONSENT. The spouse of Xxxx Xxxxxx, Xxx. Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx, Brazilian, married, holder of Identity Card [**], SSN [**], resident and domiciled at [**], declares that she has read, agreed, and consented with the present Agreement and all operations herein provided, and also agrees to be bound to the provisions of this Agreement to the extent that she may have any rights under the terms of this instrument or any rights on any shares of FADEP and/or RD, including, in any case, rights under the asset community regime or applicable laws related to the community of property.
SPOUSE’S CONSENT. Any Shareholder married at the time of execution of the Agreement shall cause his spouse to execute the Spouse's Consent to the Agreement, in the form of Schedule B attached hereto."
B. Section 10 of the Agreement is stricken in its entirety and restated to read as follows:
SPOUSE’S CONSENT. Section 9.1 Spouses of Shareholders acknowledge, by execution of this Agreement, that they have read the Agreement and that they know and understand its contents. Spouses of Shareholders hereby approve of the provisions of the Agreement, and agree that those Shares and their interest in them are subject to the provisions of the Agreement and that they will take no action at any time to hinder the operation of the Agreement as it affects those Shares or their interest in them.
SPOUSE’S CONSENT. Each Shareholder who is married agrees to obtain the signature on a counterpart hereof of such Shareholder's spouse for the purpose of evidencing such spouse's knowledge of this Agreement, acknowledging such spouse's agreement to be bound hereby, and binding that spouse's community interest, if any, in the Shares covered by this Agreement owned by such Shareholder; provided that the failure to obtain any such consent shall not limit the effectiveness of this Agreement.
