Common use of Spring Recess Occupancy Clause in Contracts

Spring Recess Occupancy. This Agreement grants the Licensee permission to remain in their assigned space during all Spring Recess dates as provided in the University’s current Academic Calendar, providing the Licensee is enrolled for the spring semester. During the spring break period many customary University services may be limited or not available including (but not limited to) mail services, package delivery, dining, and other regular student union/campus offerings, office hours and services.
