SSN Trace. If Screening Reports include Social Security Number Trace (“SSN Trace”), End User shall not use Social Security Number trace results in any way, directly or indirectly, for the purpose of making employment decisions. End User also confirms that it will not use Social Security Number trace information in any way that would violate the privacy obligations or any other terms and provisions of the Gramm–Xxxxx-Xxxxxx Act (15 X.X.X 0000 et seq.) or the Federal Drivers Privacy Protection Act (18.U.S.C. Section 2721 et seq.) or any other similar U.S. state or local statute, rule or regulation.
SSN Trace. “SSN Trace” refers to a service offering provided and used by Defendant in connection with a consumer’s provided Social Security Number, to develop other possibly identifying information or search parameters to complete a background report.
