Stable Supply of Energy and Mineral Resources. 1. Recognising the importance of a stable supply of energy and mineral resource goods and the role that trade, investment and cooperation (including on infrastructure development) play in achieving long term security, each Party shall take reasonable measures as may be available to it for that purpose. 2.
