Staff Accommodation. 32.01 Before introducing a rental increase, the employer will give each employee so affected at least three (3) month’s advance notice of the effective date of the increase. The maximum percentage increase in rent for any 12 month period shall not exceed the percentage increase negotiated on the salary grid for that 12 month period.
