Staff Accommodation. The Developer at his own cost shall make his own arrangements for temporary housing of his construction labours/staff within the project land premises with necessary amenities and protective measures. Developer shall take all necessary precautions for the safety of the workers and preserving their health while working on such jobs. Such temporary structures should be removed immediately after completion of the project.
