Staffing Adjustments. Consultant may make necessary staffing adjustments (other than Key Personnel) to the proposed staff (as shown in Consultant’s BOC) provided:: • the alternate staff are appropriately qualified to complete the assigned tasks, • any changes do not exceed approved billing rate maximums for the classification, and • the Services can be completed without exceeding WOC (or task, if applicable) NTEs. • Consultant shall email notice to APM prior to implementing needed changes to staffing assignments.
