Staffing Allocation Decisions. The Board shall provide notification when it is determined that budget decisions will affect the terms and conditions of employment of any member of the bargaining unit. Notice of such changes will be communicated to the employee as per the notice periods indicated in 10.3 Advance Notice of Lay-off. Notice of such changes will be communicated to the union prior to written notice being provided to the employee(s) affected.
