Staffing Generally. 3.3.1.1 The CONTRACTOR must notify HCA in writing within ten (10) Business Days of any change in Key Personnel. Hiring or replacement of Key Personnel must conform to all requirements of this Agreement. If HCA determines that a satisfactory working relationship cannot be established between certain Key Personnel and HCA, HCA will notify the CONTRACTOR in writing. Upon receipt of HCA’s notification, HCA and the CONTRACTOR will attempt to resolve HCA’s concerns on a mutually agreeable basis.
