Common use of Staffing/Layoff Clause in Contracts

Staffing/Layoff. Staffing of non-certificated, non-classroom professionals for each subsequent school year shall be done separately for LCHS and the traditional K-12 program. B. Transfer of non-certificated, non-classroom professionals from LCHS to the traditional K-12 program during the posting period shall only occur if there are more positions available than teachers in the pool.
